You have the right to receive personal data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract in a commonly used, machine-readable format, provided to you or to a third party. If you request the direct transfer of data to another controller, this will only be done to the extent technically feasible.
SSL and/or TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as purchase orders or inquiries you submit to us as the site operator, this website uses either an SSL or a TLS encryption program. You can recognize an encrypted connection by checking whether the address line of the browser switches from "http://" to "https://" and also by the appearance of the lock icon in the browser line.
3. Data recording on this website
Server log files
The provider of this website and its pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser communicates to us automatically. The information comprises:

- Referrer URL
- The hostname of the accessing computer
- The time of the server inquiry
- The IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. This data is recorded on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The operator of the website has a legitimate interest in the technically error free depiction and the optimization of the operator's website. In order to achieve this, server log files must be recorded. Server log files are stored for a period of up to 30 days and then deleted, unless further storage is required for evidence purposes.
Contact form & Email Request
If you submit inquiries to us via our contact form or send us an email, the information provided in the form or email as well as any contact information provided therein will be stored by us in order to handle your inquiry and in the event that we have further questions. We will not share this information without your consent.
The processing of these data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, if your request is related to the execution of a contract or if it is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the requests addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your agreement (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) if this has been requested.
The information you have entered into the contact form shall remain with us until you ask us to eradicate the data, revoke your consent to the archiving of data or if the purpose for which the information is being archived no longer exists (e.g., after we have concluded our response to your inquiry). This shall be without prejudice to any mandatory legal provisions, in particular statutory retention periods of up to 10 years under German commercial and tax law.
Registration and User Accounts (Firebase Authentication)
You can register for an account on our platform. For this purpose, we use Firebase Authentication, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
When you register, we collect your email address and, where applicable, your name. Firebase Authentication processes this data to verify your identity and manage secure access to your account. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, as it is necessary for the performance of the contract with you.
Your account data will be stored for as long as your account exists. Upon deletion of your account, your personal data will be erased, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Storage of User Data (Cloud Firestore & Firebase Storage)
We use Cloud Firestore and Firebase Storage to store application data and user-generated content. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Firestore stores structured data associated with your user account (e.g., settings, usage history). Firebase Storage stores files you upload or generate while using the application (e.g., documents, images).
This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, as it is necessary for the performance of the contract with you. Data is stored for the duration of your account and deleted upon account termination, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Payment Processing (Stripe)
For the processing of payments, we use the payment service Stripe. The provider is Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland (for customers in the EEA).
When you make a payment, Stripe collects and processes your payment data (e.g., name, billing address, payment method details, transaction amount). We do not store complete payment card data ourselves; this is handled exclusively by Stripe in accordance with the PCI DSS standard.
The processing of payment data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, as it is necessary for the performance of the contract with you. Stripe may also process data on the basis of its own legitimate interests for fraud prevention and security purposes (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Stripe may transfer data to the United States. Such transfers are based on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) of the European Commission. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Stripe. For more information, please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy: https://stripe.com/privacy.
Payment records are retained for up to 10 years in accordance with statutory retention obligations under German commercial and tax law (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB).
4. Plugins and Tools
Hosting via Google Firebase
We host our website with Google Firebase. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Firebase helps us to host our web application safely and efficiently. When you visit our website, Firebase automatically collects your IP address and other technical log data. Data transmission to the US is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) of the European Commission. Details can be found here: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
The use of Firebase is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in a reliable provision of our website. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Google.
Email Communication via Google Workspace
We use Google Workspace to process our email communication and to securely receive your contact form submissions. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The data processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable communication channel (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Google to ensure compliance with European data protection standards.
